    Walk-ins are welcome, however, there may be an unavoidable wait as priority is given to patients who have a booked appointment with their GP.

    Yes, telehealth consultations can be booked on our website or by contacting reception.

  • Q. How do I request repeat prescriptions or referrals?

    Repeat prescriptions and referrals can be requested on our website.

  • Q. Can I receive my test results over the phone?

    To ensure confidentiality, test results are not available over the phone. Please book an in-person or telehealth appointment to request your test results.

  • Q. How can I transfer my medical records from another practice?

    We can request these on your behalf with your consent or you can initiate this yourself through the online form, identification will be required. Please speak with our reception team if you have further queries.

  • Q. What should I bring to my appointment?

    Please bring your valid Medicare card. Payment is required on the day of your consultation.

  • Q. Do you provide immunisation services for children?

    Yes, we offer immunisations for children. Please notify reception beforehand to ensure the vaccine is available.

  • Q. Are vaccinations for flu, COVID-19 and travel vaccines offered?

    Yes, these vaccines are available. Please advise reception so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Q. Is bulk billing available?

    Our clinic is a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available for children under 12, pensioners and concession card holders.

  • Q. Is there a fee for cancelling or not attending an appointment?

    Yes, a cancellation and no attendance fee will apply if you cancel within three hours of your appointment time or do not attend.
